Prospecta

Prospecta is an Australian charting and technical analysis package designed with realtime data and trading in mind. The first version was released in 2002 and it has been continuously refined using feedback from realtime traders ever since.

Prospecta comes with a large set of tools to help you refine your trading decisions. Included is support for multiple different chart types such as bar, candlesticks, swing, and point and figure, just to name a few. Additionally it has many advanced charting tools including support for over 100 customisable indicators plus the ability to write your own.

To mamimise the benefit of having access to real time data, Prospecta also includes market depth, watch pages, portfolios, news, fundamentals and a ticker as part of the one application. This allows you to create your own custom trading window using just the tools you like.

Prospecta is compatible with two live data suppliers - Bourse Data and MarketCast. Allowing you to chart and analyse the ASX and/or SFE in realtime.

MarketTools appreciates that traders all have their own unique trading methods, and so we have made Prospecta highly customisable. You can customise indicators, colours, fonts, alarms, line thicknesses, axis scale, fields displayed, and the list goes on.
